"He is not here; He has risen, just as He said"
(Matthew 28:6).
(Matthew 28:6).
"Christ is risen!"
"He is risen indeed!"
This was the "Paschal" greeting that was custom among the Orthodox Christians. The word "Paschal" refers to the Passover- Jesus is the new Passover Lamb, who sacrificed His life to save us from sin and rose again to defeat death! (from Dive Year 1, Unit4 www.dwellcurriculum.org)
Continuing to give thanks...
