"A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick He will not snuff out. In faithfulness, he will bring forth justice"
(Isaiah 42:30).
(Isaiah 42:30).
This was one of the verses that was read last night in church. I loved the challenge that the guest pastor gave us to be like Jesus and be a community of helping those who need help and encouragement (the bruised reeds). We are all bruised reeds and smoldering wicks, but He does not snuff us out. I am reminded this Christmas season of God's love and what He has done for me.
Continuing to give thanks:
